Property Appraisal
NYMIR provides a free, professional property appraisal to each subscriber on a triennial basis. NYMIR contracts with HCA Asset Management, a national leader in public entity property appraisals, to provide you with the current values of municipal property with a value of at least $100,000, so that you can work with your local broker to update your insurance coverage.
LEARN Educational Platform
NYMIR subscribers and their officials and employees gain 24/7 access to this learning management system from NEOGOV. With over 400 courses, all your mandatory and recommended training needs can be met conveniently. Your entire municipal team also has access to safety manuals, alerts, checklists and a wide variety of risk management resources from the Loss Control team at NYMIR.
Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
As a NYMIR subscriber, you have access to the HelixIntel CMMS system. Easy to adopt, simple to use, and powerful enough to manage municipal needs, from work orders to preventive maintenance.
