How to Join

If you are considering becoming a NYMIR subscriber, we will need to know more about your municipal operations to provide you with a quote.  To expedite this process, we ask that you complete our NYMIR fillable Application and mail or email it to our Albany, NY office (listed below).  If you need help completing the application, you may wish to ask your insurance broker or contact one of our offices for assistance.
