How to Join

If you are considering becoming a NYMIR subscriber, we will need to know more about your municipal operations to provide you with a quote. To expedite this process, we ask that you complete our subscriber application form (see below) and mail or fax it to our Colonie, NY office (listed below). If you need help completing the application, you may wish to ask your insurance broker or contact one of our offices for assistance.
